When they don't put the price out front and lack transparency, it's way over priced! With that price tag it should include all the toys. Remember, you truly never really own a home if you have to pay taxes on that home every year.

Decent video, but your only showing what you like instead of what a buyer wants. We as buyers want to see the whole house. If we were local it would be a different story. Also a master with no soaking tub is not a good idea.

It's nice but looking for something with a little more room. Maybe I could buy, tear it down and build something a little nicer. I will have to think about it.

I wish builders/developers would really start considering today's entertainer's market. A good majority of the homes we've been looking at looks amazing but have a horrible kitchen flow, sadly enough. More cooking units on center islands would be much appreciated, gone are the days where you stick the stove top on the corner somewhere and just live with it.
